Present with Ease free from Past regrets Future Dreams
Present with Ease
Why I say this Present with ease free from past or future?
Let me make it amply clear, that the nature of the Mind is to oscillate between Past and Future. It never settles quietly in the present. Have you observed this nature? What this has to do with you?
I am going to talk about it so that your productivity as a blogger increases. And if you did not attend to this nagging issue, it may adversely affect your output. I am guiding you by this blog step by step.
3 Attributes of Mind
You might be aware that when we talk about the Mind, it is not the Brain. The brain is physical and located in our head. We are not concerned for a moment, about the neural networks.
The mind we are talking about is not even unconscious, subconscious, and conscious. (meta-physicists talk about superconscious)
Past, Future, and The Present
Very often we are not aware of what we are thinking about. Past experience is not a perfect guide to the future, of course. But at the time it is not all that bad. For instance, when your car or vehicle stopped midway while you were driving. You fixed it on; what was the experience? If you or someone else faces a similar problem then you can draw lessons from past experience.
Take another instance, where you had a frustrating unhappy experience, might be someone criticized you then what happens? When your mind dwells on that experience it undergoes the same unhappy experience.
How to handle this?
In neurolinguistprogramming, they teach about the experience-verbalizing-belief chain. That is to say, we all undergo an experience. That is verbalized. And this verbalization is slowly building into our belief system.
Why we feel an experience good or bad?
Dr. Loretta Breuning, In her Inner Mammal Institute, has many articles. In one of them, she talks about our brain. And claims, drawing from research findings, tells us our animal part of the brain we inherited certain characteristic qualities. Our evolved human mind functions at a higher verbal level. There is no communication possible. But however, her advice is:
” Retrain Your Brain to Boost Your Serotonin, Dopamine, Oxytocin and, Endorphin Levels.” She conducts a course for this.
These are the chemicals that make us feel good.

Dreams of Future
We now turn our attention to the Future. It is really only in our minds. Suppose someone imagines that he/she will earn $1,000,000 then can it be reality? No. Nevertheless, our mind wants to take a tour.
Our imagination soars and we build many castles and paint them too.
Without a vision for the future, we can not progress. Then the solution is to be firmly rooted in the Present with ease.
Neither past nor the future is bad for the mind. Allowing the mind to trip to the past or future is bad. What is necessary is to focus on the Present
The present is the only reality that we can act upon.
In his glorious book, The Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle talks of the Now.
The True Power Of Now

- The greater part of human pain is unnecessary. It is self-created as long as the unobserved mind runs your life.
Here the spiritualist drives His profound insight to the Problem of Pain.
When you focus, it is beyond Mind. It is a bit philosophical but true. In every one of us is the Spark the invisible life force. It is called in different names.
“The mind in itself is not dysfunctional. It is a wonderful tool. Dysfunction sets in when you seek your Self in it and mistake it for who you are. ” This is another insight, that I draw your attention to.
The River Is Flow Not Water
If you would carefully observe the water flows continuously. Now drawing the metaphor from this, our consciousness is continuous. Now, focus on the flow, your mind has nowhere to wander(now-here) pun intended.
Just like a dam with a large quantity of water is stored energy of humongous scale.
Consciousness is everywhere
Spiritualists claim that consciousness is pervasive permeating the macrocosm and microcosm. It is the active principle of the entire creation.
The intelligence, that determines and sets the Whole Universe is available to us.
Our main challenge is how to tap this vast source.
How To Tap The Infinite Intelligence
“Infinite Intelligence is the force that gives order and origin to everything in the entire universe. It is the prime source, the first cause of everything that comes into existence. Present with ease the expression of that intelligence.
Furthermore, you, the individual are a precise expression of this force. As such, you have no limitations except those accepted or deliberately set up in your own mind. Additionally, all that is needed to access this creative power is absolute belief, total applied faith, and unwavering persistence.” think and grow rich
Why do 95% of People Not Succeed?
The Clear Path to Success is given by Napoleon Hill in his book “Think And Grow Rich”
Fourteen Core Principles are given by him. Over seven decades of experience has taught me even if we miss out on one we get distracted as Enunciated by Earl Nightingale in his “The Strangest Secret Of The World”
I was wondering why it is called a secret is that even though it is in the public domain, we lose sight of it so glaringly. I reiterate those 14 principles for you to ponder:
- Thoughts are things. (we become what we think about constantly)
- Desire ( A strong Goal with a higher mission )
- Faith ( Trust in natural Infalliable Law of Nature )
- Autosuggestion (Self-talk with the focused mind)
- Specialized Knowledge ( Full-stack brain Skill particular Niche)
- Organized Plan ( Action Plan setting milestones)
- Decision ( Our ideas are useless unless we act upon them)
- Persistence ( overcoming obstacles)
- The Power of Master Mind ( Trust to follow a mentor relentlessly )
- The Mystery of Sex Transmutation ( It is a great powerhouse of Energy)
- The subconscious mind ( Our emotional storehouse )
- Our Brain ( It is like an antenna to boadcast and receive thought waves)
- The Sixth sense ( Our intuition)
Negative Emotions
With 14 principles we start our journey and our way encounter Ghosts (at least Napoleon Hill puts it that way) What are they?
- Fear of Poverty ( replace it with an abundance mindset)
- Fear of Criticism ( only people with negative attitude resort to this- ignore and be grounded in your action)
- He classifies other fears which arise from the devil’s workshop
Therefore, summarizing and collecting all our acts together, we move forward. As H.H Sri Ravi Shankar put it very succinctly:
Clarity in Mind
Purity in Heart and
Sincerity in action.
Our intelligence, our emotions, and combined Action with a sincere purposeful goal that is propelled great Mission we are certain to reach our goal.
